Hi Paul,

I found https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1272065 pertaining
to Thunderbird, it appears to explain what is happening, which was
a somewhat-recent (late 2019) change. Users who were using POP, were
not having copies of their sent e-mails saved, so I guess this was an
attempt to fix that.

The legacy AOL accounts have a folder 'Sent Items', where the Yahoo
accounts do not. As a test, I went into Advanced and redirected sent
e-mails to this 'Sent Items' folder and sent a message. The sent e-mail
correctly went into this folder, but the regular IMAP Sent folder also
had a copy of it. So, if there were a way for Claws to automatically
delete the messages in Sent Items afterwards, it may fix this issue.
Yahoo Mail allows new folders to be created.
