[Users] Special Folders

Hi,

My mail hosting provider OVH (MS exchange) doesn't allow to choose the name
and location of special folders, namely Sent, Drafts, Queue and Trash. So
I've customized claws to use the ones provided by OVH instead of the default
ones, through the Advanced tab of my account configuration.

It kinda works, the emails indeed go to the expected folders but:

- the folders don't have the dedicated icons, they just appear as
  regular folders

- the default folders are still there and I can't remove them
  "Delete folder..." is greyed out

- messages in the _new_ draft folder can't be edited
  "Re-edit" is greyed out

Note that the _new_ trash folder has "Empty trash..." and the _new_ queue
folder has "Send queue...", and both seem to be functional.

Is this a known issue ? Am I doing something wrong ?
