[Users] NewMail plugin...

Hi,

Got & built CM3 beta.  On loading, I get:

   Warning
   The following plugin failed to load. Check the Plugins configuration
   for more information:
   NewMail

Manually loading the plugin, it loads fine and now have 2 NewMail
entries...

I've been running two instances of CM since the SC days; that's each
instance's plugins window in the attached screenshot...
