[Users] Claws Mail GTK3 **beta** unleashed

Hi,

A BETA version of GTK3 Claws Mail is now available.

You can help with the development by testing it and reporting bugs to our bug
tracker. Use the product "Claws Mail (GTK3)".

This is based on the 3.17.8 release, with the following additions:

* added an option to avoid saving Face and X-Face images to address book
  entries.

* fixed bug 4394, 'folder processing runs on startup even if all rules are
  disabled'

NOTE

The Fancy html viewer plugin does NOT block remote content,
the option has no effect.
