[Users] Claws-Mail for Windows

The latest version of Claws-Mail available for Windows is 3.17.4
according to the web site. That is the version I have installed on my
Windows machine. However, the latest version of claws-mail (non-windows)
is listed as 3.17.7 on the web site.

Since that now makes three versions of claws-mail not updated in the 
Windows version, I was just wondering if claws-mail is still being
actively maintained for Windows?
