That doesn't look right: python scripts were updated for Python 3 some time
ago. But I guess packages on that page are not updated automatically.

Although I can't guarantee it works, perhaps is worth to try the latest
version: https://git.claws-mail.org/?p=claws.git;a=blob;f=tools/vcard2xml.py
