Patch to strike through deleted messages

When you choose not to keep deleted messages around until you "execute" them,
they are shown with a "delete mark" and a "timid" font in the summary list.

As more and more messages are scheduled for deletion, it becomes difficult to
tell them clearly apart from the other ones. I found that I was loosing my grip
on what is supposed to go.

This patch adds a red strike-through line to them, so they stand out (very)
clearly.

It does not do anything to moved messages, only the deleted ones.

Also, it is not configurable in any way. To paraphrase Henry Ford, you can have
any line color, as long as it's red. And you can't switch it off either.

I am submitting the patch in its current state more as a "Request For Comments"
than as something that is ready to use.
