[Users] virtual folders

Hi,

Well that works of course, but the nice thing about VM virtual folder was that you could create something easily for any match, and the folder would just go away.

i do filter/folder processing right now, but sometimes i just want a quick temporary folder for all the email with "virtual" in the subject line ;-)

Unfortunately I can't figure out for the life of me how i could possibly apply that patch.  It's so old it seems like there would be no hope.  Also I can't quite figure out how to look at the patch even to see how it was done...
