claws-mail 3.17.8-1

Since update lxqt 0.15 -> 0.16 the claws-mail SysTrayicon in panel appears too
big and has no functionality anymore on right/left click on it.

If you left click on panel, choose 'configure panel' and close the dialog
window the claws-mail icon reverts to normal smaller size and functionality is
back (focus claws-mail on left-click, options-menu on right click).

I remember this issue from LXDE some years ago.
