[Users] How to disable IMAP account completely

I think that was it, didn't know that something else may fetch the emails
event when I disabled the account.

The email is configured correctly, maybe the owner of that account removed my
access, I don't have time right now to take care of this, I wanted to just
disabled the account so I don't get errors.
