[Users] How to disable IMAP account completely

Hi,

I have configured IMAP account with remote folder and got errors about
connection so I've tried to disable the IMAP account, but I still get errors
that claws-mail that it can't connect to IMAP host.

Is this a bug? I would like to not have to delete my IMAP account since I may
enable it again after I resolve the issue with the account.

Here is message (translated to Polish) that I've got from time to time:

* Konto 'openclipart': Łączenie z serwerem IMAP: mail.gandi.net:993...
** Błąd IMAP dla mail.gandi.net: połączenie odrzucone.
