[Users] Claws Mail using 100% CPU

I found if I ran Claws (GUI) to send an email, then exited Claws (GUI)
and went to command line to run claws, the Claws (GUI) would open again.

Forwarded the email that caused the hang/stuck scenario, to myself, then
used the commandline ..

$ claws-mail --receive-all

(claws-mail:5435): Claws-Mail-WARNING **: 08:33:47.708: can't open

is not blocked

I see there is a debug feature. Can I simply turn on debugging to a txt
file and then able to view contents ?
