[Users] When replying, how is the To address chosen?

I got the message, thanks, but not send as 'forward as attachment', never
mind"! :)

You don't need to untick 'reply button invokes mailing list reply' and lose
that ability.

You just need to use 'Reply to sender' instead of plain 'Reply'.
