popup windows of File-Import mbox file... command in claws-mail

File/Import mbox file... command works as expected on first call.
When calling a second time the buttons are grayed out; waiting for response
(couple of minutes) does nothing; "esc" closes the popup windows, as expected.
running claws-mail with debug option doesn't give any information (there is no
debug message on calling the command or on exiting with "esc".

(maybe similar to (old) bug 1251?)
