[Users] Standard view split pane drag handle

Claws version 3.17.5 from git

Just noticed I keep looking for the drag handle on the top edge of the
lower message pane in standard view, but it is actually
situated under the From/To/Cc/Subject/Tag search box which just seems a
bit illogical.

Usually a handle goes next to the edge you expect to be able to move. So
its position below the box intimates that the bottom of the box
can be enlarge or reduced.

I marked where I'd expect it to be here in red:

Interestingly, in compose view the drag handle is on the top of the
subject line bar indicating that edge can be dragged, which it can.

And on the left tree the handle is on the right edge where it would be
expected.

Any ideas if this can be modified, is an accident or by design?
