[Users] Authentication failed with a2hosting

Hi,

* CM 3.17.5 on Manjaro
* CM 3.17.3 on Opensuse Leap

I'm trying to setup the opensuse leap to access through IMAP on
a2hosting. I get the error: Authentication failed

It works properly on CM 3.17.5 on Manjaro.

I have checked all the screens: Configuration > edit accounts > imap
account... They match.

The difference between the Manjaro and the Opensuse is that the
Manjaro comes with the plugins, Opensuse doesn't. 
Libetpan was installed. 
The network log showed that the opensuse connected to
Dovecot without any error. It's the users authentication that fails.

Any suggestion on what else to look for?
