[Users] vCalendar import ?

Hello!

Problems with vCalendar:

1) When I attach ICS-file as webCal - I cannot copy events from this 
webCal to main calendar.
How user can do it ?

2) Can user import to vCalendar his own list of events as CSV-file ?
