These "special" folder types are required in an MH mailbox. You can ignore
them, or you can rename them so that their names don't cause so much offence.

Or you can create a new folder, create sub-folders within it. Using each
sub-folders' Properties, set their folder type to a "special" folder type.
Then you can collapse that parent folder tree, and thus have just one line to
ignore.
