[Users] spell checker -- how to enable?

Ralf, as far as I know it was by a regular deb package. 

It was awhile ago but I am 99% certain I added it from the
Mint Software Manager. I typed "Claws-Mail" (without quotation marks) in
the search box and clicked to install. And that is what is really
strange for when I look at the Software Manager now and it tells me
Claws-Mail is **not** installed.
