If you use the bogofilter plugin, then you can choose where to put "spam"
messages, and choose where to put "not sure" messages. The plugin runs before
filtering rules, so that any messages thereafter ("Ham") will be filtered
normally.

If you call bogofilter via a filtering rule, then make sure it is the first
rule at the top of the list.
