[Users] "litehtml" plugin for FreeBSD update

I just received an email from Jochen Neumeister <joneum at FreeBSD.org>,
the FreeBSD port maintainer for claws-mail. He informed me that his
work load with other projects is preventing him from porting this
plugin to FreeBSD at this time. However, it is on his "to-do" list, so
hopefully it will not be too much longer.
