[Users] Side-bar scrolling problem.

Given a mailbox of 1400 mails, I find it now impossible to scroll down one page by clicking in the side-bar underneath the slider: even clicking at  the closest possible to the slider moves the display several pages down.

Is there a way to return to a former configuration, where clicking on the side bar anywhere below the slider scrolled down one page and no more ?
