I downloaded the current source tarball from
https://www.claws-mail.org/releases.php

I tried to build Claws 3.17.5 from source tarball because currently there is no
Windows release for that version available.

The INSTALL file does not give any informations about how to build on Windows
10 - e.g. which build environment should be installed. The recommanded build
commands (make, etc) are unixoid and not working on Windows 10 (except they are
executable on LSB).
