[Users] Mail filters: exact matching?

Solution!

Configuration menu >> Filtering >> Condition >> [either of these work]

  subject regexpcase "\\bcialis\\b"
  subject regexpcase "^bcialis$"

Note the use of the "regexpcase" argument, specified when you press the 
"Define..." button to set up your filter.

That expression matches "cialis" but does not match (filer) "ecialist",
"specialist", ...

My problem was that I normally use

  subject matchcase "DOC Type" | subject matchcase "Lottery Promotion" | ...
