Tried the claws-win32-installer git repository and used HEAD/INSTALL for build
informations on a Debian 10 system.

1. BUILD file is missing. But build informations are (missplaced) in
HEAD/INSTALL.

2. The build infos do not mention how I can combine claws and its installer.

3. "cmake" is missing while running autogen.sh. (Please add this on line 10-14
in HEAD/INSTALL)

4. Line 38 in HEAD/INSTALL wrong indention.

5. Not able to test "make" on my Debian 10 environment because of the missing
cyrus thing.
