Currently there is no easy way to build claws for Linux and Windows - maybe
more plattforms I do not have testet.

1. A BUILD file is missing.
   But there are some build informations (missplaced) in HEAD/INSTALL.

2. The description there focus only on unixiod system - without mentioning it.

3. The first command mentioned there is ./configure - that do not work. Try
yourself. I am not sure but I think ./autogen.sh is the correct script, right?

4. No informations about how to build on Windows.
