Tools->SSL/TLS certificates

Add "Delete All Expired" and/or allow multiple selections and/or dump old certs
after some time.  My .claws-mail/certs contains nearly 550 files/symlinks
dating back as far as 2006 with less than a dozen unexpired.  The "Delete" (one
at a time) plus confirmation dialog is a HUGE time waster.
