CM accepts 
  --receive         which only gets Default account
  --receive-all 
requests while it is running.  To minimize time slots between running an
external program and --receive-all, I would like to use
  --receive <account_name>
immediately after running the external program.

I plan to share my external program once I can call
  claws-mail --receive <account_name>

Currently, CM silently accepts and ignores any argument to --receive...
