[Users] Claws installation from a backup

I can't find where the plugins are; it is only the html viewer. So does
this sound okay ?

* backup/wipe HDD/install Kubuntu & Claws

* Restore Claws data from $HOME/Mail

* restore Claws config files from $HOME/.claws-mail, by overwriting
  current config files

* install html plugin
