The version is meaningless in this case, because the aforementioned update
adds a patch and bumps the package release to '3':
https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/libX11/tree/f33
A similar update has not been released for F32 and F31 where the package
release is still at '1':
https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/libX11/tree/f32
https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/libX11/tree/f31
Anyway, without that patch, libX11 would abort not freeze. I have not seen
any bug reports about any distro mentioning a freeze condition related to that
bug.
