[Users] Claws sometimes consume 100% CPU

I don't use Imap, I hate using it because if you want to read email you need
to connect to the server. I only use POP3. One thing is that I have IMAP
mailbox but email was disabled maybe I just delete whole mailbox since I
don't need it anymore (I lost access maybe migration of the server or
something, and I didn't requested access again).

In my setup I delete emails after 7 days, so I can also read last emails on my
phone when I'm not at home, but I only care about new emails that I didn't
read on my desktop.

Also what's weird is it sometimes fetch emails and it work and it sometimes
freezing using only POP3, so those are new emails.
