[Users] Fancy plugin remote and external issues in GTK3 branch

Greetings!

Upon switching from stable releases to the GTK3 beta, I've noticed two
issues with the fancy HTML plugin. First, it does not respect that
"Enable remote content" is disabled (both in the plugin settings and
in the toolbar settings under the message) and still loads remote
content such as images. Second, even with "Open links with external
browser" enabled it opens links in the message view.

Can you reproduce these? Were they known before? If so, why did they
happen — is this a limitation of the new webkitgtk?
