The following applies, by this decreasing order of precedence and if
defined:
 - <pick a folder> >> right click >> Properties >> Templates >> Reply,
 - Configuration >> Edit accounts >> <pick the relevant account> >> Edit >> Templates >> Reply,
 - Configuration >> Preferences >> Compose >> Template >> Reply.
