DM: Correction: This behavior is not present in CM 3.17.4, so it seems
like it's been recently introduced, perhaps when the work was done on
keyboard navigation for the LiteHTML plugin.

DM: Tests with CM 3.17.4 don't apply to HTML parts, since keyboard
navigation for the LiteHTML plugin was not available in that version.
