[Users] Fresh Installation of Claws-Mail

FreeBSD 11.3-RELEASE-p8

Claws-mail 3.17.5

I have installed Dillo; however, I can find no mention of it in the
"preferences" menu as shown on
<https://www.claws-mail.org/plugin.php?plugin=dillo>

There is also no "default dictionary" listed under "Spell Checking"

Everything seems to be installed, so i am at a loss here.
