Well, two thoughts.

1. Should message's folder's account have higher priority?

2. The original email message doesn't contain "EMAIL_ONE" at all in source.
    But I see "EMAIL_ONE (didn't reply on)" in GUI.
    Why?

(BTW, I don't see "EMAIL_TWO" in source, too. I didn't know it. But I got
message at "EMAIL_TWO"'s Inbox.)
