These are all more easily accessible from the Fonts page of the preferences,
/Configuration/Preferences/Display/Fonts.

The font that is used for the menus, which is what is being discussed here,
is controlled by the GTK2 theme (and is common to all GTK2 programmes).

There's no need to guess.
