[Users] Using different proxy user & pass every time

Hi,

According to Tor docs it is possible to tell Tor proxy to use different
exit IP address every time if you give it different user:pass
combination. They even suggest things like:

youtube-dl --proxy socks5://$RANDOM:$RANDOM at 127.0.0.1:9050/ <URL>

How can I use a similar user:pass randomization in Claws mail in order
to have different IP address on each POP/SMTP connection?
