HTML is here whether we like it or not. Current plugins (litehtml, dillo,
fancy) are not cutting it.
CM allows the user to specify their preferred program in
Configuration->Preferences->External programs... which is activated via "o"
(View->Message Part->Open with...)

If no html plugin is loaded, CM should automatically open the html part with
the specified program[1] when the message's icon is clicked.

[1] or with the system default if enabled -- a new option to enable/disable
this enhancement may be desirable.
