Overview: When trying to connect to the SMTPS server on port 465 at
mail.cock.li, I always get a timeout, even when raising the default timeout
time from 60s to 120s. This is not an issue of the server, as it works both in
their Roundcube webmail and in Trojitá (which I cannot use due to lack of
multi-account support).

Steps to Reproduce: Try to send a mail via SMTPS (SMTP with TLS) on openSUSE
Tumbleweed (or maybe any distro with the latest CM version) using the
mail.cock.li server (cock.li is free, and doesn't require more than username
(email address) and password to register, so shouldn't be too hard) or possibly
any other server.

Actual Results: Tries to connect, then reports a timeout in the log.

Expected Results: Should send the email after a few seconds only.
