I could be wrong, but I suspect that won't be possible. One of the
developers would know.

You could maybe script it by creating an action that runs a
command-line script that acts on the characters following the @
symbol. I don't know enough about how to hook scripts into Claws Mail
commands (like its sorting) to have even an inkling of how that would
be done, though, but maybe one of our resident gurus or one of the
developers can help out with it.
