Steps to reproduce:

- Receive a calendar invitation for account at somedomain which isn't 
configured as an account in Claws Mail
- Display invitation with vCalendar (if not configured to do so automatically)
- Select a response (e.g. 'Accept') and click Reply button

Result:

- Default account is used to reply, exposing an address unknown to the
invitation sender, and also potentially unleashing an address the sender should
better not know :)

Expected:

- Either ask for which account to use for responding (from the ones in the
invitation) and configure a SMTP account on the fly for sending the reply
- or, alternatively, refuse to answer (e.g. 'No account available for
responding') until the right account is configured (more easy than the other
option, I guess :)
