The page on https://www.claws-mail.org/win32/ claims to have a download
available of "Claws-Mail for Windows (32-bit)".
To my best knowledge without any restrictions so far...

My OS is a 32-bit XP and a Windows (not openSUSE and Linux).

Perhaps I'm just missing a hint on the above page (perhaps due to this report)
that since version v3.17.0 (assumed and untested) Claws Mail does not run on
this stone-age OS Win XP anymore. In addition, there might be no useless
downloads and wastes of bandwith for an ancient (but still in use) OS. Which
might also be in the interest of the devs, no?
