Error Message is:

The procedure entry point GetFileInformationByHandleEx could not be located in
the dynamic link library KERNEL32.dll.

The last working (and tested) version on XP here is v3.16.0-3.

Versions 3.17.1-1, 3.17.3-1 and 3.17.4-1 produce the above error on Win XP.

And yes, I know it's old, but Claws Mail was the last resort so far in getting
e-mails from my provider who switched to more advanced cyphers lately. And the
Win Box cannot be updated anymore...
