[Users] LiteHtml Viewer Keyboard Navigation?

Claws Mail 3.17.4 on Lubuntu 18.04 (64-bit)

I've been trying out the LiteHtml Viewer plugin. One thing I've noticed
is that, when viewing a message with it, the keyboard (space bar,
Enter, PgUp, PgDn, up/down arrows) cannnot be used for 'scrolling' up
and down, which is something you can do in the other views, and I think
I was also able to do it with the Fancy plugin.

I'm wondering whether the plugin could be modified in order to allow
for keyboard navigation?

I can't remember whether this has already been mentioned on here or
not. I did some basic searches on bugzilla, but couldn't find a bug
related to it. Should I file a bug for this?
