It occurs to me that I may have misread your request. In case you
wanted them displayed in the message list itself:

Summaries --> Message List --> Displayed columns --> Edit --> Then
click on any in the "Hidden columns" pane and click the "Add" button
to add them followed by clicking the "OK" button when finished.
