[Users] windows 10 back up

Hello

I have just moved from Windows 7 to Windows 10 and it was a bit of trial and error to get Claws working correctly - my fault not Claws. Perhaps someone could tell me for future reference how to back up Claws correctly on Windows 10 - settings, address book, emails etc.
