1. Compose a new message.
2. Write to "To:" field:
  Name "Subname" <email at domain.com>
3. Save as a draft.
4. Go to Drafts.
5. Expected "To" column value:
  Name "Subname" <email at domain.com>
Actual "To" column value:
  "Name \"Subname\"" <email at domain.com>
6. Open the draft.
7. You see the same as in p.5 in the message's layout.
