IIRC, at one time, that's how it worked. But as of the last several months it
always prints only the HTML part - which when using Dillo prints a blank page.

It would be terrific if it again printed the displayed part (that's what feels
most "logical" to me as well ;)

Note that I regularly clone Claws from source and compile it - so I'd pick up
the change as soon as it's made!
