[Users] "Check for new folders" from command line

I access a couple of IMAP accounts from two PCs. If I create a new folder
on one, I need to remember to run 'Check for new folders' on the other to
be able to see the new folder.

It would be nice if the 'check for new folders' could be run from the
command line so that I can run it on each PC each night under cron.

Possible?
